1. What Wembro is

Wembro is a software tool that runs statistical analysis on trading data you provide and returns a hypothetical, impersonal report (the “Edge Score” and related figures). Wembro is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or money manager. It never holds, moves, or has access to your money or accounts.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing Wembro outputs is investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or a prediction of future results. All figures are hypothetical statistical analysis of historical data you supply, identical for any user who supplies the same data. Past or backtested performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

3. Prop-firm rule sets

“Prop Challenge Survival” uses generic, user-selectable rule approximations. They are not official and may not match any firm’s current rules. Wembro is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FTMO, Topstep, Apex, or any other firm. Verify rules with your firm before relying on them.

4. Accuracy & “as is”

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Statistical methods have inherent limitations and assumptions. We do not warrant that results are error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wembro’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months (or USD $50 if greater). Wembro is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to misrepresent a Wembro report, abuse rate limits, or use it to harass others. We may suspend access for abuse.

7. Payments

Paid features are sold through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which handles billing and applicable taxes. See our refund policy.
