Refund Policy

The short version

Wembro sells digital reports and software access. If a paid report didn’t deliver what the page promised — it failed to generate, came out corrupted, or was charged in error — we’ll refund it. We’re not in the business of keeping money for something that didn’t work.

One-time reports ($19 Full Report)

A report is delivered instantly and in full, so we don’t offer change-of-mind refunds once the un-watermarked report has been opened. But if it failed to deliver, was duplicated, or didn’t match what was advertised, request a refund within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Subscriptions (Verified Profile $14/mo, Developer API from $99/mo)

Cancel any time — you keep access until the end of the current billing period and won’t be charged again. We don’t pro-rate partial months, but if you were charged after cancelling, or the service was unavailable, contact us for a refund.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Email hello@wembro.com with the order ID from your Dodo Payments receipt and a one-line reason. We action eligible refunds through Dodo Payments, usually within a few business days; how quickly the money lands depends on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

If something’s wrong, email us first — it’s faster than a chargeback and we genuinely want to fix it.
